He has extensive knowledge and experience with EC funding mechanisms and Instruments such as EEAS Foreign Policy Instrument (IcSP, CFSP, EOMs), DG INTPA and DG ENEST/MENA (DCI, EIDHR, CSO, IcSP, ENPI, EDF), DG ECHO (HumAid), United Nations (FAFA agreement) and European agencies including EACEA (Erasmus+, MEDIA), REA (FP7 & H2020 & HE), DG environment (LIFE), Joint Ventures (SESAR).
