Meet our founders
Alexandre DASSÉ
CGAP – Certified Government Auditing Professional
For over 25 years, Alexandre has worked in the Risk Advisory practice of a (big4) Audit & Consulting firm where he led, for the last 15 years, the compliance service offering to EU institutions and other international organisations mostly in the context of grant management. As such, he acquired an extensive knowledge of EU funding mechanisms and compliance requirements. He has also gained a solid experience in the domain of corporate compliance and governance.
Julien LECLÈRE
Julien has been an attorney-at-law specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions in Luxembourg for over 20 years. In this capacity, he has helped clients from around the world achieve their business objectives across a wide range of sectors and industries. Julien also launched and managed the Luxembourg office of one of the world’s leading global law firms.
